In October, Medway Friends of the Library will host its semi-annual book sale. The library is located at 26 High St. in Medway.

On Sat., Oct. 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the general public is invited to shop a huge selection of books, puzzles, games and multi-media. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted at the sale.

A special preview sale will be held Fri., Oct. 16, from 6-8 p.m. for members of the Friends. Membership can be purchased at the door.

On Sat., Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., a $5 bag sale will take place. Bags will be provided by the Friends.

The Friends and the staff of the Medway Library appreciate your support. Proceeds from the Friends' book sales and other fund raisers have enabled the Library to sponsor programs, purchase museum passes and offer special events. In June, the Friends were happy to present Medway Library Director, Ivana Aguilar, with a check for the upcoming Library year.
