Linguini and Colette are a one-year-old brother and sister duo who came to us as strays. These two have never been apart and rely on each other for comfort and confidence, so they must be adopted together.

Linguini is a handsome all-black boy who is slowly but surely warming up to the idea that people aren't so bad after all. He can be shy at first, but a few treats go a long way with him. Once he feels comfortable, he is a genuinely sweet and affectionate boy who will seek out his favorite people for attention. Once you find the right spot for a scratch, he melts completely turning into a happy, purring puddle.

Colette is a sweet girl who is still building her confidence around people. She does best with a calm, consistent environment where she can feel safe and settle in at her own pace. Play is the best way to connect with her. Pull out a wand toy or laser pointer for her, and you will start to see her true personality come out.

Both Linguini and Colette have tested positive for FIV, but FIV-positive cats can live long and healthy lives without needing medication. Our adoption counselors have plenty of information on FIV and can assure you that both cats have many good years ahead of them.

Linguini and Colette would do best in a calm, quiet home with patient adopters who understand that shy cats often have the most love to give, but they just need a little extra time to show it. They will thrive in a low-stress environment with predictable routines to help them build confidence as they come out of their shells.
