We follow the Millis Public Schools calendar and do not meet on non-school days or early release days. Millis Girls Who Code is open to anyone in 5th through 12th grade. Mindful Movement Yoga for Adults at the Millis Public Library
Starting Saturday, October 11th at 10:30 am, the Millis Public Library will host a free four-week yoga program! Yoga promotes the circulation of fluids, including blood and lymph, throughout the body and especially in the joints which helps to facilitate ease of motion and even help you sleep better! Join Regina for this special four-week yoga program to experience more strength, flexibility and increased energy and a feeling of overall well being.
Regina has been a resident of Holliston for 27 years and currently teaches yoga at The Gym in Milford. Her approach is that of functional yoga which emphasizes how poses feel and function in the body rather than how they look. Poses are adapted to suit individual needs and abilities. Yoga blocks are highly recommended but not necessary for practice.
Open to ages 18 and up. Space is limited and therefore registration is required. Please register for each class separately. You do not need to attend all four weeks. Sign up at millislibrary.org/calendar or contact [email protected].
