BALANCE SCREENING
Balance is a key to fall prevention and maintaining independence. Take advantage of this free, one-on-one balance screening provided by therapists from Personal Best Physical Therapy, on Wednesday, April 10th, beginning at 11:15 AM. 
You will be provided with a summary of the results of your standardized balance test, and recommendations for next steps. Sign up is required; space is limited.
BUILD YOUR TRIVIA TEAM
On Thursday, April 18th at 1:00 PM, we’ll be holding our first Trivia Competition with questions from the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. 
Put together a 3-person team and sign up for this fun event! 
NEW DANCE CARDIO EXERCISE CLASS:
Starting Monday April 22nd at 9:30am Cost for this class is $5.00.

  Learn choreography and stay fit to music made from all over the world. 
Shawn, his wife Mary and four children are local Medway residents.  Shawn was a special educator for 18 years before deciding to help people in a different way. Shawn is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor who has years of coaching experience. 
ZONING TALK
At the Annual Town Meeting on May 13th, voters will be asked to consider a number of amendments to the Town’s zoning bylaws.  These are the Town’s local rules that govern development and use of land in the Town.  Among the items to be considered at the Town Meeting will be zoning amendments to comply with the so-called MBTA Communities zoning, which provides for establishing a new multi-family housing district in Town.  On Wednesday April 24th at 9:45 AM a Town Meeting representatives will be at Center to explain the proposed zoning amendments and answer any questions you may have. 
KARAOKE
Back by Populare Demand! Join us at the Center for a fun afternoon of entertainment and singing! Rick Fereira, AKA the Karaoke Guy, will be here on Thursday April 25th at 12:30 PM to lead us in a fun sing along. Event is free but please call to sign up for planning purposes.
