Outreach Department
Did you know that the Senior Center has two part-time Outreach workers? The Outreach Department can meet with seniors, families, or any individual. We can explain community programs and benefits, assist with applications for designated programs, aid in the search for services, and act as an advocate to support individuals in need.
Examples of what the department can help with include but are not limited to:
• SNAP (food stamps) applications
• Fuel assistance applications
• Referrals for Home Care Services
• Internet Discount
• Mass Health applications
If you need assistance, call the Center and ask for Kim Cookson or Marcia Lombardo in the Outreach Department.
